显微外科治疗小腿骨折合并软组织缺损的研究

Microsurgical Treatment of Calf Fracture Complicated With Soft Tissue Defect

目的研究显微外科技术治疗小腿骨折合并严重软组织缺损的疗效。方法选取我院2016年4月—2017年6月收治的小腿骨折合并严重软组织缺损的患者80例作为研究对象。将其随机分为两组。研究组采用显微外科技术进行治疗;对照组采用常规手术治疗方案进行治疗,观察两组患者在经过治疗后的疗效及满意度。结果研究组患者的治疗效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者对治疗的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本文研究可知对患者采取使用显微外科技术进行治疗的治疗效果显著,满意度相对较高,是安全并且高效的一种临床治疗方式。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of microsurgical techniques in the treatment of calf fracture complicated with severe soft tissue defects.Methods 80 cases of patients with leg fracture and severe soft tissue defect admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the subjects of study. They were randomly divided into two groups. The study group was treated with microsurgery. The control group was treated with routine surgical treatment. The curative effect and satisfaction of the two groups after treatment were observed. Results The treatment effect of the study group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);the satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion This study shows that the use of microsurgical technology in the treatment of patients with significant therapeutic effect, relatively high satisfaction, is a safe and efficient clinical treatment.
