前列腺增生症并膀胱癌手术治疗临床效果分析

Surgical Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia With Bladder Cancer

目的分析前列腺增生症并膀胱癌患者手术治疗后的临床效果。方法择取本院100例前列腺增生症并膀胱癌患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法,将上述患者随机分成两组。研究组采用经尿道等离子体电切术法治疗,对照组采用开放性手术切除膀胱癌以及前列腺治疗,观察两组患者的术中出血量,手术时间、住院时间、术后半年生活质量的评分、前列腺的症状评分、残余尿量及最大的尿流率。结果(1)研究组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间均较对照组低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)研究组患者的IPSS、QOL及PRV均较对照组低,而Qmax则较对照组高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予前列腺增生症合并膀胱癌患者行电切术疗法,可以有效的控制患者症状。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of surgical treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia with bladder cancer. Methods 100 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder cancer in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, the patients were randomly divided into two groups. The study group was treated by transurethral plasma electrotomy. The control group was treated with open resection of bladder cancer and prostate cancer. The intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time, hospitalization time, quality of life score, symptoms score of prostate, residual urine volume and maximum urinary flow rate were observed. Results (1) The bleeding volume, operation time and hospitalization time in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).(2) IPSS, QOL and PRV in the study group were lower than those in the control group, while Qmax was higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The symptoms of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder cancer can be effectively controlled by electrotomy.
