高剂量坦度螺酮治疗伴有焦虑抑郁症疗效

High-dose Tandospirone Treatment With Anxiety and Depression

目的观察不同剂量坦度螺酮与SSRIs联合治疗伴有焦虑抑郁症的疗效及预后。方法选取我院2016年7月—2018年7月收治的90例伴焦虑抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表方法,将其分成两组,每组各45例。对照组行低剂量坦度螺酮+舍曲林治疗,观察组行高剂量坦度螺酮+舍曲林治疗。比较两组患者的疗效及不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗6周后HAMD评分(4.81±1.92)分、HAMA评分(4.25±1.44)分,相比对照组(7.09±1.62)分、(7.79±1.19)分更低,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗6周总有效率为91.11%,相比对照组75.56%更高,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高剂量坦度螺酮与SSRIs联合用于伴焦虑抑郁症患者治疗的疗效更显著,能促进抑郁、焦虑症状缓解,且不良反应少,有利于预后。

Objective To observe the efficacy and prognosis of different doses of tandrone and SSRIs in the treatment of anxiety and depression. Methods 90 patients with anxiety and depression admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to the method of random number table, they were divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with low dose of tandespirone plus sertraline. The observation group was treated with high dose of tandespirone plus sertraline. The efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, the HAMD score (4.81±1.92) points and HAMA score (4.25±1.44) points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (7.09±1.62)points and (7.79±1.19) points. There was a significant difference in the data between the two groups (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11% after 6 weeks of treatment, which was higher than that of the control group (75.56%). There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of highdose tandone and SSRIs is more effective in the treatment of patients with anxiety and depression. It can promote the relief of depression and anxiety, and has fewer adverse reactions, which is beneficial to prognosis.
