依那普利联合硝苯地平治疗老年冠心病的疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Enalapril Combined With Nifedipine on Elderly Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

目的探究依那普利与硝苯地平联合用于治疗老年冠心病临床疗效。方法选择2017年10月—2018年10月在本院接受治疗的老年冠心病患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽样法抽选出80例老年冠心病患者,并将80例老年冠心病患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。所有患者均给予基础治疗,对照组患者给予尼群地平、氢氯噻嗪治疗,观察组患者给予依那普利+硝苯地平治疗,对比两组老年冠心病患者血压水平、不良反应发生率。结果与治疗前相比较,两组老年冠心病患者舒张压、收缩压等水平均有所改善,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组老年冠心病患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依那普利与硝苯地平联合用于治疗老年冠心病患者中效果十分明显,能够有效降低患者的血压,并降低不良反应发生率,具有良好安全性。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of enalapril combined with nifedipine in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The elderly patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the subjects of study. 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were selected by random sampling. And 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. All patients were given basic treatment. The patients in the control group were treated with nitrendipine and hydrochlorothiazide. The patients in the observation group were treated with enalapril and nifedipine. The blood pressure level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with before treatment, the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups of elderly patients with coronary heart disease were improved, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in elderly patients with coronary heart disease in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of enalapril and nifedipine is very effective in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. It can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. It has good safety.
