天麻钩藤饮治疗原发性高血压的效果分析

The Effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction for Essential Hypertension

目的探讨天麻钩藤饮在原发性高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月—2019年1月我院收治的80例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象。按照随机分配的原则,将所有患者分为观察组(40 例)与对照组(40 例);对照组采用口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,加用天麻钩藤饮治疗;对两组治疗效果,治疗前后血压及不良反应发生情况进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05);治疗前,两组收缩压及舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05),经治疗两组收缩压及舒张压均显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05),且治疗后观察组收缩压及舒张压低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05);两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论在苯磺酸氨氯地平片基础上加用天麻钩藤饮治疗原发性高血压可显著提升治疗效果,有效控制血压,且不增加不良反应;安全有效。

Objective To explore the effects of tianma gouteng decoction in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 80 patients with essential hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects. According to the principle of random allocation, all patients were divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablets orally. The observation group was treated with tianma gouteng yin on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, blood pressure and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups (P > 0.05). After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the two groups were significantly reduced, with statistical significance (P < 0.05), and after treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Tianma gouteng decoction and amlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension can effect and control blood pressure with no increase reactions effectively.
