针灸配合推拿牵引治疗LDH的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Combined With Massage and Traction for the Treatment of LDH

目的分析老年腰椎间盘突出症针灸推拿配合牵引治疗效果。方法选择2017年7月—2018年4月来我院进行治疗的患者120例作为研究对象。采用随机分组的方式,将120例患者分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者采用单纯的牵引治疗,观察组患者的治疗方案为针灸推拿配合牵引。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.7%,高于对照组的83.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者心理功能评分(23.9±3.2)分、生理功能(24.1±3.5)分、社会功能(24.0±3.9)分,高于对照组的(18.5±3.8)分、(19.1±3.6)分、(18.9±3.4)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均治疗时间为(17.8±1.4)天,短于对照组的(27.1±1.5)天,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年椎间盘突出症患者,采用针灸推拿联合牵引的治疗效果较为理想,可以有效改善患者的临床症状,同时安全性较高,提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture and massage combined with traction in elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods 120 patients treated in our hospital from July 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects. 120 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with traction alone. The treatment plan of the observation group was acupuncture and massage combined with traction. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%, which was higher than 83.3% of the control group(P < 0.05). The scores of psychological function, physiological function and social function in the observation group(23.9±3.2) points,(24.1±3.5) points and(24.0±3.9) points were higher than those in the control group(18.5±3.8) points,(19.1±3.6) points and(18.9±3.4) points. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The average treatment time of the observation group was(17.8±1.4) days, which was shorter than that of the control group(27.1±1.5) days, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion For the elderly patients with intervertebral disc herniation, the effect of acupuncture and massage combined with traction is more ideal, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients with high safety.
