护理消毒隔离路径在角膜溃疡中的应用研究

Application of Nursing Disinfection and Isolation Path in Corneal Ulcer

目的探讨护理消毒隔离路径在角膜溃疡患者中的应用效果。方法将50例角膜溃疡住院患者作为研究对象。按照不同护理方法,将其分为常规组和路径组。常规组实施常规护理,路径组按照消毒隔离路径实施护理干预,对比两种护理方法的应用效果。结果常规组患者的治疗总有效率为84.0%,路径组患者的治疗总有效率为96.0%,路径组治疗总有效率高于常规组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);路径组的角膜溃疡愈合时间与治疗时间均短于常规组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05);常规组患者的护理满意度为88.0%,路径组为100.0%,路径组高于常规组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论护理消毒隔离路径在角膜溃疡病的实施中效果显著,可明显提升临床疗效及护理满意度,减轻角膜溃溃疡症状,缩短治疗时间。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing disinfection isolation route in patients with corneal ulcer. Methods 50 patients with corneal ulcer were studied. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into routine group and path group. Routine nursing was performed in routine group. Nursing intervention was carried out in the path group according to the disinfection and isolation pathway. To compare the application effect of the two nursing methods. Results The total effective rate of routine group was 84.0%, and that of route group was 96.0%. The total effective rate of route group was higher than that of routine group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The healing time and treatment time of corneal ulcer in the path group were shorter than those in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of routine group was 88.0%, and that of route group was 100.0%. The difference between routine group and routine group was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The nursing disinfection isolation path in the implementation of corneal ulcer disease effect is significant, can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction, reduce corneal ulcer symptoms, shorten the treatment time.
