吸吮对新生儿静脉穿刺疼痛反应的影响

The Effect of Sucking on Pain Response of Neonates Undergoing Venipuncture

目的探讨非营养性吸吮既安抚奶嘴的应用对新生儿静脉穿刺所致疼痛的近期及远期的影响。方法将新生儿重症监护室中的足月新生儿100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组在头皮静脉穿刺前2min至穿刺结束给予安慰奶嘴吸吮,对照组新生儿不给予干预。分别于头皮静脉穿刺前2min,穿刺后进行疼痛程度的评分。结果穿刺前,观察组与对照组患者的疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。穿刺后,观察组疼痛评分﹤4分者多于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组一次性成功率为80%(40/50),对照组一次性成功率为60%(30/50)。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疼痛会给新生儿带来近期及远期的影响,通过给予积极准确的评估,有效地采取护理干预,既使用非营养性吸吮能缓解新生儿头皮静脉穿刺时的疼痛,能提高静脉穿刺一次成功率,同时减少对新生儿造成的负面效应。

Objective To investigate the short-and long effect of nonnutritive sucking on pain caused by venipuncture in neonates. Methods 100 full-term neonates in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) were studied. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given comfort nipple sucking from 2 minutes before scalp vein puncture to the end of puncture. Neonates in the control group were not given intervention. 2 minutes before scalp vein puncture, pain was scored after puncture. Results Before puncture, there was no significant difference in pain score between the observation group and the control group (P > 0.05). After puncture, the pain score < 4 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The one-time success rate was 80%(40/50) in the observation group and 60%(30/50) in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Pain can bring shortterm and long-term effects to newborns. By giving positive and accurate evaluation and effective nursing intervention, the use of non-nutritious sucking can relieve the pain during scalp venipuncture in newborns. It can improve the success rate of venipuncture and reduce the negative effect on newborn.
