格林模式在缺血性脑卒中患者健康教育中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价格林模式在缺血性脑卒中健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1—9月在本科住院治疗的缺血性脑卒中60例患者作为研究对象。将住院的脑卒中患者分为对照组与试验组。以自制问卷对对两组患者进行脑卒中防护知识现状进行调查、评估;试验组以健康促进的格林模式进行疾病教育,注重对教育对象信念和行为的促进,并提供实际指导。结果试验组患者干预后的态度评分为(6.53±0.9)分,行为评分为(6.67±0.88)分,知识评分为(5.7±1.09)分,各项评分均优于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论格林模式在缺血性脑卒中患者健康教育中有利于改善各项指标,提升教育效果。 Objective To improve the knowledge and level of stroke prevention in stroke patients, improve health promotion behavior and reduce the recurrence of stroke. Methods 60 patients with ischemic stroke hospitalized in our department from January to September 2016 were selected as the study subjects. The hospitalized stroke patients were divided into control group and experimental group. A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate and evaluate the status of stroke prevention knowledge in two groups. The experimental group carried out disease education with the Green model of health promotion, focusing on promoting the beliefs and behaviors of the educators and providing practical guidance. Results After intervention, the attitude score, behavior score and knowledge score of the experimental group were (6.53±0.9) points,(6.67±0.88) points and (5.70±1.09) points respectively, which were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The Green model is beneficial to improve various indicators and improve the educational effect in the health education of patients with ischemic stroke.
