物质依赖住院患者的治疗障碍因素和睡眠质量调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Treatment Disorders and Sleep Quality in Inpatients with Material Dependence

目的:探讨物质依赖住院患者的治疗障碍因素和睡眠质量。方法:选取2018年6—12月青岛市精神卫生中心收治的物质依赖患者42例作为研究对象,采用调查问卷方式对其进行调查,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表对睡眠质量进行分析。结果:造成患者物质依赖治疗障碍和睡眠质量不高的因素有很多,例如负面影响、抵触治疗、个人因素等,其中个人因素是最主要的因素,患者睡眠质量总评分为(10.30±3.27)分。结论:引起患者物质依赖治疗障碍的因素非常多,严重影响患者的睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the factors of treatment disorder and sleep quality in inpatients with material dependence. Methods:Forty-two patients with substance dependence admitted to Qingdao Mental Health Center from June to December2018 were investigated by questionnaire,and the sleep quality was analyzed by Pittsburgh sleep quality index table. Results:There are many factors that cause the patientundefineds substance to rely on the treatment barrier and the low sleep quality,such as the negative effect,the conflict treatment,the personal factors,etc.,among which the personal factors are the most important factors,and the overall evaluation of the patientundefineds sleep quality is divided into (10.30-3.27)points. Conclusion:There are many factors that cause the disorder of substance dependence treatment,which seriously affects the sleep quality of patients.
