焦虑状态患者合并睡眠障碍的药物治疗分析

Analysis of Drug Treatment for Patients with Anxiety and Sleep Disorders

目的:分析临床中焦虑状态合并睡眠障碍患者的药物治疗效果及影响。方法:选取2015年12月至2018年9月莒县中医医院收治的焦虑合并睡眠障碍患者92例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组46例。对照组接受常规药物治疗,观察组在常规药物治疗基础上配合小剂量奥氮平治疗。比较2组治疗前后焦虑及睡眠质量评分改善情况。结果:2组治疗前焦虑、睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗后,2组焦虑、睡眠质量评分较治疗前均有改善,且观察组改善更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:焦虑状态合并睡眠障碍临床治疗中帕罗西丁与小剂量奥氮平的联合应用,可通过对患者精神健康的有效改善,实现对其睡眠质量的提升,临床治疗效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the effect and effect of drug therapy in patients with anxiety state complicated with sleep disorder. Methods:From December2015 to September2018,92. patients with anxiety complicated with sleep disorder treated in Ju County Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group( n =46)and observation group( n = 46).The control group was treated with routine drugs,and the observation group was treated with low dose olanzapine on the basis of routine drug treatment.To compare the improvement of anxiety and sleep quality score between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:There was no significant difference in anxiety and sleep quality score between the two groups before treatment( P > 0.05),but after treatment,the anxiety and sleep quality score in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group( P <0.05). Conclusion:The combined application of paroxin and low-dose olanzapine in the clinical treatment of anxiety state combined with sleep disorder can improve the sleep quality of the patients by effectively improving the mental health of the patients ,and the clinical treatment effect is remarkable.
