睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的辨证与治疗对策探究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的辨证分型与治疗对策。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院收治的睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者207例作为研究对象,按照中医辨证理论进行分型治疗,统计治疗有效率。结果:痰湿内阻、肺气壅滞型患者31例,治疗有效30例,有效率96.77%;痰浊壅塞、气滞血瘀患者34例,治疗有效32例,有效率94.12%;肺脾肾亏、痰瘀交阻患者36例,治疗有效35例,有效率97.22%;心肺两虚患者34例,治疗有效33例,有效率97.06%;肺肾亏虚患者31例,治疗有效30例,有效率96.77%。结核病治共41例,治疗有效40例,有效率为97.56%。总有效率为96.62%(200/207)。结论:睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的治疗,应首先明确患者病因,行辨证分型和治疗。 Objective:To explore the syndrome differentiation and treatment of sleep apnea syndrome. Methods:From January2018 to January2019,207 patients with sleep Apnea syndrome admitted to the 900th Hospital of the United Service support Force were selected as the research object.According to the theory of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,the effective rate of treatment was counted. Results:There were 31.cases of phlegm- dampness internal obstruction and pulmonary qi stagnation type,30 cases were effective,the effective rate was 96.77%,34 cases were phlegm turbid obstruction,34 cases were qi stagnation and blood stasis,32.cases were effective,the effective rate was 94.12%,36 cases were lung,spleen and kidney deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis were 35 cases,the effective rate was 97.22%,34 cases were deficiency of heart and lung,33 cases were effective,the effective rate was 97.06%.31.patients with deficiency of lung and kidney,30 cases were effective,the effective rate was 96.77%.A total of 41. cases of tuberculosis were treated,40 cases were effective,the effective rate was 97.56%.The total effective rate was 96.62%(200/207). Conclusion:In the treatment of sleep apnea syndrome,the etiology,syndrome differentiation and treatment should be determined first.
