抑郁和焦虑对慢性病老年患者睡眠影响的分析

Effects of Depression and Anxiety on Sleep in Elderly Patients with Chronic Diseases

目的:研究抑郁和焦虑对慢性病老年患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年3月朝阳区六里屯社区卫生服务中心就诊的老年患者612例,根据其匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PittsburghSleepQualityIndex,PSQI)评分,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组400例,观察组212例,其中包括男346例,女266例,具有慢性病385例,非慢性病227例。比较被调查患者基本信息、一般情况和焦虑抑郁情况。结果:失眠患者中,观察组平均年龄小于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与非慢性病组比较,慢性病组患者的平均年龄以及PSQI评分比例更高,PSQI评分相比与非慢性病组也更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者,其焦虑、抑郁所占的比例更高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过Logistic回归分析发现,焦虑、抑郁及慢性病是失眠症状的危险因素分析。结论:抑郁和焦虑对慢性病老年患者睡眠有不良影响,应及时预防。

Objective:To study the effects of depression and anxiety on sleep quality of elderly patients with chronic diseases. Methods:A total of 612.cases in Chaoyang Liulitun community health service center community health service centers between January 2017 and March2018 in were selected,according to the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI) score,randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group with 400 cases,observation group with212. cases,including 346 cases of male,female266 cases,385 with chronic diseases,227 cases of chronic diseases.The basic information,general situation and anxiety and depression of the surveyed patients were compared. Results:Among the insomnia patients,the average age of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P <0.05).Compared with the non- chronic disease group,the average age of patients in the chronic disease group and the PSQI score ratio were higher,and the PSQI score was also higher than that of the non-chronic disease group,with statistically significant difference( P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the proportion of anxiety and depression in the observation group was higher,and the difference between groups was statistically significant( P <0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that anxiety,depression and chronic diseases were risk factors for insomnia symptoms. Conclusion:Depression and anxiety have adverse effects on sleep of elderly patients with chronic diseases,which should be timely prevented.
