护理干预对老年广泛性焦虑症患者睡眠质量及生命质量的影响

Evaluation of the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Sleep Quality and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Generalized Anxiety Disorder

目的:探讨亲情护理联合心理护理应用于老年广泛性焦虑症患者的干预效果。方法:选取2017年3月至2019年1月淄博市第五人民医院临床心理科二病区收治的老年广泛性焦虑症患者113例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组(n=56)和对照组(n=57)。对照组患者采用精神病科常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予亲情护理联合心理护理干预。比较2组老年广泛性焦虑症患者的护理效果。结果:干预后观察组患者睡眠质量评分明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者生理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域以及心理领域评分均明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:亲情护理联合心理护理可明显改善老年广泛性焦虑症患者的睡眠质量,进而提高生命质量,具有良好的干预效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of family nursing combined with psychological nursing on the elderly patients with generalized anxiety disorder. Methods:A total of113 elderly patients with generalized anxiety disorder who were admitted to our hospital from March2017 to January2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group and obervation group according to the random number table method.The control group(56 cases)received routine nursing of psychiatric department,while the obervation group(57 cases)gave family nursing and psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing results of two groups of elderly patients with generalized anxiety disorder were compared. Results:After intervention,the sleep quality scores of the elderly patients with generalized anxiety disorder in obervation group were significantly higher than those of the control group( P <0.05).The scores of physiological,social ,environmental and psychological aspects of patients with generalized anxiety disorder in the obervation group were significantly higher than those of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion:Family nursing combined with psychological nursing can significantly improve the quality of sleep in elderly patients with generalized anxiety disorder,and thus improve the quality of life of patients.It has a good intervention effect.
