乳腺癌根治术后化疗患者睡眠质量及相关因素探讨

Study on Sleep Quality and Related Factors in Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy after Radical Resection of Breast Cancer

目的:探究乳腺癌根治术后化疗患者睡眠质量及相关因素。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年2月牡丹江医学院收治的乳腺癌根治术后化疗患者50例作为研究对象,对患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析,了解患者的睡眠质量,并分析影响患者睡眠质量的因素,探究改善睡眠的措施。结果:本组患者中,睡眠质量良好5例,一般25例,较差20例;影响睡眠质量的因素主要有主观睡眠质量、睡眠障碍、日间功能、催眠药物等,针对患者的具体情况采取针对性的指导措施,可以有效改善睡眠质量。结论:乳腺癌患者在接受手术后,还需通过化疗治疗,除了观察病情,睡眠质量也是不容忽视的一点,应当采取高效、具有针对性的措施来帮助患者改善睡眠。

Objective:To explore the quality of sleep and related factors in patients undergoing chemotherapy after radical surgery for breast cancer. Methods:A total of 50 cases of patients in our hospital from February2018 to February2019 receiving chemotherapy after radical resection of breast cancer were selected as the objects of observation,and their medical records were retrospectively analyzed to understand their sleep quality,analyze the factors affecting their sleep quality,and explore measures to improve sleep quality. Results:Among the patients in this group, there were 5 patients with good sleep quality,25 patients with general sleep quality and20 patients with poor sleep quality.Factors affecting sleep quality mainly include subjective sleep quality,sleep disorder,daytime function,hypnotic drugs, etc.Specific guidance measures taken according to the specific situation of patients can effectively improve sleep quality. Conclusion:After surgery,breast cancer patients also need to be treated with chemotherapy.In addition to observation of the disease ,the quality of sleep also couldn′t be ignored.Efficient and targeted measures should be taken to help patients improve sleep quality.
