心理护理对抑郁症患者睡眠障碍的护理效果分析

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Sleep Disorders in Patients with Depression

目的:探讨给予抑郁症患者心理护理干预后对其睡眠障碍的改善效果。方法:选取2017年10月至2019年2月淄博市第五人民医院男三病区收治的抑郁症患者123例作为研究对象,按照数字奇偶法平均分为观察组(n=62)和对照组(n=61)。对照组选择精神科常规护理干预,观察组选择精神科常规护理+心理护理干预。评估2组抑郁症患者睡眠障碍评分,并进行组间评分比较。结果:观察组患者入睡时间、睡眠质量、睡眠效率、睡眠时间、催眠药物、睡眠障碍以及日间功能评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抑郁症患者在接受精神科常规护理干预的基础上配合心理护理干预,能够有效改善抑郁症患者的睡眠障碍程度,提高抑郁症患者的睡眠质量,对促进康复具有重要意义。

Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the improvement of sleep disorders in patients with depression. Methods:A total of123 patients with depression who were admitted to The Fifth People′s Hospital of Zibo City from October2017 to February2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups by digital parity method:61.patients in the control group received psychiatric routine nursing intervention,while 62.patients in theobervation group were treated by the psychiatric routine nursing concept and psychological nursing concept intervention.The sleep disorder scores of the two groups of depression patients were evaluated and compared between groups. Results:The sleep time,sleep quality, sleep efficiency,sleep time,hypnotic drugs,sleep disturbance and daytime function scores of theobervation group were significantly lower than those of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion:Depressive patients with psychiatric routine nursing intervention combined with psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the degree of sleep disorders in patients with depression and improve the sleep quality of patients with depression,which is of great significance for promoting rehabilitation.
