人性化护理用于手术室患者护理的效果及对患者睡眠质量影响分析

Effect of Humanized Nursing on Operating Room Nursing and Its Impact on Sleep Quality of Patients

目的:以入院治疗的手术室患者为研究对象,为其实施人性化护理,并对该护理的效果及其对患者睡眠的影响做出分析。方法:选取2018年4月至2018年11月福建泉州安溪县医院收治的手术室治疗患者98例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。分别采用常规护理和人性化护理模式。比较2组护理效果。结果:从护理满意度来看,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后2组情绪评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后观察组PSQI评分为(4.36±2.49)分,对照组PSQI评分为为(7.69±2.35)分,观察组患者的评分结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于手术室患者而言,人性化护理可使患者克服睡眠障碍,有助于确保手术质量以及促进患者康复,并能够获得良好的护理满意度。

Objective:To study the patients in the operating room who were admitted to the hospital for the treatment of humanized nursing,and to analyze the quality of the nursing and its impact on the patient′s sleep. Methods:The study period was determined to be April-November2018.The 98 patients admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into two groups,using conventional nursing and humanized nursing modes. Results:From the perspective of nursing satisfaction,the control group was significantly lower than the observation group14.29%;from the scores of the emotional rating scale,there were significant differences between the two groups before and after the nursing( P <0.05),but two The differences between the groups were also statistically significant( P < 0.05).Among them,the PSQI score of the observation group was (4.36±2.49),and that of the control group was(7.69±2.35),so the score of the observation group was better than that of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion:For operating room patients,humanized care can help patients overcome sleep disorders,help ensure the quality of surgery and promote patient recovery,and can achieve good care satisfaction.
