针对性护理干预对食管癌患者术后睡眠质量的影响研究

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Sleep Quality in Patients with Esophageal Cancer

目的:探讨针对性护理干预对食管癌患者术后睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年2月至2019年2月安徽医科大学第一附属医院胸外科收治的食管癌患者90例作为研究对象,按照盲选法平均分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者采用优化睡眠的针对性护理干预,对2组患者睡眠质量进行评分比较。结果:干预后观察组患者睡眠质量评分明显低于对照组患者,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对食管癌患者采用优化睡眠的针对性护理干预效果显著,患者的睡眠质量得以明显改善,具有积极的推广价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative sleep quality in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods:In 90 patients with esophageal cancer,clinic period for during February2017 to February2019,according to the blind choice method of patients with an average can be divided into two groups,45 patients with routine nursing intervention were included in polices according to group,45 cases with other optimization of targeted nursing intervention in patients with sleep into the observation group,sleep quality score of two groups of patients. Results:After comparison,the sleep quality score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion:For patients with esophageal cancer,the use of optimized sleep targeted nursing intervention effect is significant ,the patient′s sleep quality can be significantly improved,with positive promotion value.
