精神科护理的重要内容是精神病患者的睡眠障碍,精神病患者本身具有不同症状的精神症状影响,主要表现在妄想、幻觉、抑郁、兴奋等,同时还会受到其他客观因素的影响,例如噪声刺激、温湿度差异大,从而在一定程度上影响到精神病患者的睡眠障碍,主要表现为中间易醒、早醒、入睡困难、嗜睡和睡眠颠倒等。对于精神病患者而言,睡眠障碍不仅不利于患者的身体健康,同时还会影响到患者的情绪,引发不良情绪的发生,例如焦虑、烦躁、苦闷,所以在精神科护理中,精神病患者睡眠障碍管理特别重要。本文主要分析精神科临床护理中,影响精神病患者睡眠障碍的主要原因,并针对性提出具体的对策,最后结合相关参考文献进行讨论精神病患者睡眠障碍问题。
