摘要
目的:研究护理健康教育对于急诊脑出血患者的作用与效果。方法:选取2016年2月至2019年1月安徽省蚌埠市第一人民医院急诊科采用常规护理的51例急诊脑出血患者,将其作为观察组,另选出在此基础之上采用护理健康教育的51例急诊脑出血患者,将其作为对照组,观察比较其结果。结果:对照组患者在护理后其匹兹堡睡眠质量指数表(PSQI)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、总体满意率、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分都优于观察组患者(P<0.05)。结论:对于急诊脑出血患者来说,在运用护理健康教育后,能够促进其护理最后的效果与质量更为良好,并保障其睡眠质量,可推广。
Objective:To study the effect of nursing health education on emergency patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:A Total of 51.cases of emergency cerebral hemorrhage patients who received routine nursing in our hospital from February2016 to January2019 were selected as group A,and another 51.cases of emergency cerebral hemorrhage patients who received nursing health education on this basis were selected as group B,and the results were observed and compared. Results:After nursing,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)score, overall satisfaction rate,and depression self-rating scale(SDS) score of patients in group B were all better than those in group A( P <0.05). Conclusion:For patients with emergency cerebral hemorrhage,nursing health education can promote the final effect and quality of nursing better,and ensure their sleep quality,can be promoted.
