2018年,大量00后大学生走进高校,逐渐成为大学校园的主体和高等教育的主要对象。这是成长于互联网时代的第一批大学生,身上带有极其鲜明的时代气息和潮流特色。高校需要准确把握这一代大学生朝气蓬勃、好学上进、视野宽广、开放自信的思想特征和心理特点,坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,综合利用院校优势资源,因地制宜、因材施教,积极探究思想政治工作的新理念、新方法、新路径,努力成为00后大学生成长、成才路上的思想引领者、品德塑造者、技能传授者,为实现“两个一百年”伟大目标培养出更加出色的社会主义事业接班人。

In 2018, a large number of the generation born after 2000 went into colleges and universities, and gradually became the main body of the university campus and the main target of higher education. This is the first group of people who grew up in the digital age, with an extremely distinctive features and spirit of the era. Educators in colleges and universities need to accurately grasp the ideological and psychological characteristics of these people as they are energetic, eager to learn, open-minded and confident and with broad horizion. Besides, educators should insist on following the guidance of the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, comprehensively utilizing the advantages of higher educational resource, actively exploring new ideas, methods and ways in cultivating the ideological world of students in accordance with local conditions and students’ aptitudes, and striving to guide their thoughts, shape their characters and teach them skills on the way of the growth, to foster a generation of better socialist successor for the great goal of “two hundred years”.
