基于现代学徒制模式下食品类专业教学团队建设探究

摘要 在食品类专业职业教育体系中,构建专兼职相结合的双师型教学团队是确保现代学徒制高效实施的有效保障,本文结合食品类专业特点及教学团队现状,论述了专兼结合教学团队建设模式及教学方式完善方案,探讨了团队教学管理方案与运行机制。 In the vocational education system of food specialty,it is an effective guarantee for the efficient implementation of modern apprenticeship system to build a teaching team which is specialized in at least two fields. Combining with the characteristics of different majors and the current situation of the teaching team,this paper discussed improvement of the construction mode and teaching mode of current teaching team,and discussed the plans of teaching team management and corresponding operation.
