摘要
近几年,食品安全问题愈发严重,成为了社会广泛关注的重点,盐酸克伦特罗就是其中非常重要的一项内容。本文对动物源性食品中盐酸克伦特罗的残留量及其危害的相关内容展开分析和阐述,希望能为畜牧业的健康、稳定发展提供一定的帮助,也为人们食用动物源性食品提供安全保证。
In recent years,food safety has become more and more serious,and has been the focus which is concerned widespread in society.Clenbuterol hydrochloride is one of the most important contents.In this paper,the residual clenbuterol hydrochloride in animal-derived food and its hazardswere analyzed and elaborated,it is hoped that it will help the healthy and stable development of animal husbandry and provide the greatest safety guarantee for people to eat animalderived food.
