摘要
国家经济的发展使人们的生活水平越来越高,越来越多的人开始注意养生,注重食物的营养价值,这就对烹饪提出了更高的要求,烹饪中的科学切配是决定食物质量的的关键一环。本文从刀以及配菜2方面进行研究,希望可以为做出更好的烹饪食物提供理论依据。
The development of national economy makes people’s living standard higher and higher.More and more people pay attention to health preservation and the nutritional value of food in their diet.However,the scientific matching in cooking is the decision of food, the first and most important link of material quality.This paper studied the knife and side dishes,hoped to provide a theoretical basis for making better cooking food.
