摘要
本文在了解了食品质量安全问题的基础上,结合当前食品生产安全管理要求,对食品生产的质量管理手段进行了研究,并从多个环节详细介绍了质量管理的方法,旨在杜绝食品安全问题的发生,维护居民生命安全。
On the basis of understanding the problem of food quality and safety,combined with the current requirements of food production safety management,this paper studied the total quality management means of food production,and introduced the methods of quality management in detail from many links,in order to put an end to the occurrence of food safety problems and maintain the life safety of residents.
