摘要
本文分析了目前我国烹饪专业的教学现状,强调提高烹饪专业实践教学实效性的意义,并提出提升烹饪专业实践教学实效性的方法。
This paper analyses the current teaching situation of culinary specialty in China,emphasizes the significance of improving the practical teaching effectiveness of culinary specialty,and puts forward some methods to improve the practical teaching effectiveness of culinary specialty.
