脱水果蔬的加工方式主要有3种,其产品具有简便、快捷的优点,但发展中也存在许多问题。脱水果蔬作为一种现代生活的快销品,加快了人民的生活节奏,脱水果蔬产品在烘焙及面点中的应用,可提高人们的生活质量。因此,脱水果蔬产品的应用将越来越广泛。
There are mainly 3 kinds of processing methods for dehydrated fruits and vegetables. The products are simple and quick, and there are also problems in their development. As a fast selling product of modern life, dehydrated fruits and vegetables speed up the people’s living speed. Recently, the application of fruit and vegetable products in baking and pasta will improve the quality of people’s life. Therefore, the application of dehydrated fruits and vegetables will be more and more extensive.
