摘要
为解决高温卤煮类食品加工车间员工体感舒适度极低、车间环境温湿度偏高的问题,经反复研究高温卤煮类食品加工车间生产环境,对相关参数进行计算,结合高温卤煮类食品加工车间复杂的环境情况,合理处理气流组织、提高气流的流通性能够改善高温卤煮类食品加工车间的环境。本文通过对送排风系统进行优化设计,合理布置混流风机、离心风机和工业吊扇等多种送排风设备,形成合理的气流组织,使车间气流有序流通,以达到除湿降温的目的,显著改善车间环境。
In order to solve the problems of low body comfort, high ambient temperature and humidity in high temperature brine cooking food processing workshop. After repeated research on the production environment of high temperature brine cooking food processing workshop, calculation of relevant parameters, combined with the complex environment of high temperature brine cooking food processing workshop, reasonable treatment of airflow organization and improvement of airflow can improve the environment of high temperature brine cooking food processing workshop. By optimizing the design of the air supply and exhaust system, the air distribution in the workshop can be formed by the rational arrangement of the air supply and exhaust equipment’s such as mixed-flow fan, centrifugal fan and industrial ceiling fan, so as to make the air flow in the workshop flow in an orderly manner. To achieve the purpose of dehumidification and cooling,can significantly improve the workshop environment.
