In recent years,the liquor industry has caused quality and safety incidents due to product quality problems,which have affected the health of consumers and causing the focus of the society.In this article,the safety and quality risks involved in liquor quality and safety issues will be analyzed with examples,and the countermeasures and suggestions for the control and supervision of liquor quality safety are put forward to promote the healthy development of liquor industry.
