社会参与学校食品安全防控的作用机理、现实困境与完善路径

The Mechanism of Action, Realistic Dilemma and Improvement Measures of Social Participation in the Prevention of School Food Safety Risk

近年来,学校食品安全事件屡次发生,引发了社会各界的关注与讨论。实践证明,要筑好学校食品安全风险防控的围墙,不能单纯依靠政府的力量,还需要其他社会主体的广泛参与。本文基于社会参与、政府失灵、市场失灵以及合约失灵理论,着重分析社会参与学校食品安全风险防控的作用机理和现实困境,并试图提出一些完善的措施。

School food safety incidents have occurred repeatedly,causing concern and discussion from all walks of life.Practice proved that building a wall for the prevention and control of food safety risks on campuscannot rely solely on the government,but also the extensive participation of other social entities.Based on relevant theories,this paper analyzes the mechanism and realistic dilemma of social participation in the prevention of school food safety risk,and attempts to propose some improvement measures.
