不同检测方法测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中CPPs含量的比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 本研究比较了传统沉淀法、HPLC法和HPLC-MS/MS法在婴幼儿配方奶粉中CPPs的测定。结果表明,传统沉淀法测定2个婴幼儿配方奶粉样品CPPs含量的RSD均大于5%,而HPLC法和HPLC-MS/MS法的RSD则均小于5%,这表明HPLC法和HPLC-MS/MS法在婴幼儿配方奶粉CPPs测定中优于沉淀法。HPLC法和HPLCMS/MS法两者回收率和精密度无明显差异,但HPLC法测定婴幼儿配方奶粉CPPs的检出限为6.5mg/100g,而HPLC-MS/MS法的检出限为0.9mg/100g。考虑到婴幼儿配方奶粉中实际添加量远高于方法检出限,且HPLC应用更广泛,成本也更低,因此本研究认为HPLC法更适合在婴幼儿配方奶粉CPPs含量测定中应用。 This study compared the determination of CPPs in infant formula milk powder by traditional precipitation method, HPLC and HPLC-MS/MS.The content of CPPs in two samples of infant formula milk powder was determined by traditional precipitation method with RSD > 5%, while the RSD of both HPLC and HPLC-MS/MS methods were less than 5%. This indicated that the method of HPLC and HPLC-MS/MS was superior to the method of precipitation in the determination of CPPs in infant formula. There was no significant difference in recovery and precision between HPLC and HPLC-MS/MS, but the detection limit of CPPs in infant formula by HPLC was 6.5 mg/100 g, while that by HPLC-MS/MS was 0.9 mg/100 g. Considering that the actual amount of infant formula milk powder is much higher than the detection limit of the method, and the application of HPLC is more extensive and the cost is lower, this study considers that the method of HPLC is more suitable for the determination of CPPs in infant formula milk powder.
