盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合非甾体抗炎药治疗中度膝关节骨关节炎的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the treatment of moderate knee osteoarthritis

目的观察在中度膝关节骨关节炎的治疗中将盐酸氨基葡萄糖与非甾体抗炎药联合应用的效果。方法将60例中度膝关节骨关节炎患者利用随机数字表分为两组,对照组(30例)应用非甾体抗炎药物治疗,观察组(30例)则应用非甾体抗炎药物与盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合应用,对比两组治疗前后的WOMAC骨关节炎指数,比较两组的效果及治疗期间的不良反应发生率。结果治疗后两组的WOMAC骨关节炎指数中疼痛、僵硬及关节功能3个维度的评分和总评分均下降(P<0.05),观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组的治疗有效率比较观察组更高(P<0.05);两组用药期间的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论在中度膝关节骨关节炎患者的治疗中将盐酸氨基葡萄糖与非甾体抗炎药联合应用,对于促进膝关节功能的恢复,提高治疗效果有显著的作用,其不显著增加药物不良反应。

Objective To observe the effect of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the treatment of moderate knee osteoarthritis.Methods 60 patients with moderate knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(30 cases)was treated with NSAIDs and the observation group(30 cases)was treated with NSAIDs and glucosamine hydrochloride.The WOMAC osteoarthritis index was compared between the two groups before and after treatment.And the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of pain,stiffness and joint function in WOMAC Osteoarthritis Index of the two groups decreased was significant difference(P<0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the treatment efficiency of the two groups was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the medication period.Conclusion The combination of glucosamine hydrochloride and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the treatment of moderate knee osteoarthritis has a significant effect on promoting the recovery of knee function and improving the therapeutic effect,but it does not significantly increase the adverse drug reactions.
