通窍活血汤治疗气滞血瘀型耳鸣患者的临床观察

Clinical observation on treatment of qi and blood stasis type tinnitus with Tongqiao Huoxue decoction

目的探讨对气滞血瘀型耳鸣患者选择通窍活血汤治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选择本院2016年5月至2018年3月收治的64例气滞血瘀型耳鸣患者作为实验对象;抽签法分组后进行耳鸣治疗方式研究。对照组32例,选择常规西药治疗;观察组32例,选择常规西药+通窍活血汤治疗;最终对比耳鸣治疗结果。结果同对照组气滞血瘀型耳鸣患者治疗效果(71.88%)比较,观察组(93.75%)总有效率获得显著性提升(P<0.05)。同对照组气滞血瘀型耳鸣患者不良反应发生率比较,观察组差异无统计学意义。结论临床医师针对气滞血瘀型耳鸣患者在治疗期间,通窍活血汤的有效应用,对于确切效果的获得以及早期康复能够奠定基础。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction in patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type tinnitus.Methods 64 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type tinnitus admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to March 2018 were selected as experimental subjects.The tinnitus treatment method was followed by grouping.The control group(32 cases):the selection of conventional western medicine Observation group(32 cases):Select conventional western medicine+Tongqiao Huoxue decoction;finally compare the results of tinnitus treatment.Results Compared with the control group(71.88%),the total effective rate of the observation group(93.75%)was significantly improved(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type tinnitus was not significantly different.Conclusion The effective application of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction in the treatment of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type tinnitus can lay a foundation for the acquisition of accurate results and early rehabilitation.
