妊娠糖尿病血糖水平对孕妇及胎儿影响的研究

Effect of blood glucose level on pregnant women and fetuses in gestational diabetes mellitus

目的研究妊娠糖尿病血糖水平给孕妇及胎儿带来的相关影响。方法选取2017年4月至2018年4月本院收治的妊娠糖尿病患者60例分成实验组;在同一时间段选取不存在糖尿病的孕妇55例分成对照组。将两组孕妇分娩新生儿的胎儿体质量进行对比;两组分娩新生儿的脐带长度以及胎盘重量进行对比;将两组孕妇妊娠结局进行对比。结果实验组孕妇剖宫产率53.33%明显比对照组32.73%更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿脐带长度、胎盘重量进行对比,差异无统计学意义;实验组孕妇不良妊娠结局发生率明显比对照组更低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,血糖水平良好有利于降低孕妇和胎儿并发症,加强对血糖水平进行控制,保障孕妇及胎儿健康。

Objective To study the related effects of gestational diabetes on blood glucose level in pregnant women and fetuses. Methods 60 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were divided into experimental group, and 55 cases of pregnant women without diabetes mellitus were divided into control group at the same time. The fetal body weight of the two groups were compared;the umbilical cord length and placenta weight of the two groups were compared;the pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared. Results The cesarean section rate of 53.33% pregnant women in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of 32.73% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in umbilical cord length and placenta weight between the two groups;the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus, good blood sugar level is conducive to reducing complications of pregnant women and fetuses, strengthening the control of blood sugar level, and ensuring the health of pregnant women and fetuses.
