门诊患者分级诊疗模式的知晓和认知情况调查

The investigate of awareness level and cognition of hierarchical diagnosis model for outpatients

目的调查门诊患者分级诊疗模式的知晓和主要内容认知情况,探讨知晓率的影响因素。方法调查对象为河北省某三甲医院门诊患者200人,使用描述性统计、c2检验进行分析,软件为SPSS19.0。结果186份有效问卷中65.1%的患者表示知道分级诊疗模式。知晓途径主要为报纸、电视、网络等,社区宣传频率是分级诊疗模式知晓情况的影响因素(P<0.05)。患者不认可基层首诊的主要原因为基层医疗机构医疗水平不高、药品种类数量少以及对医疗机构的医生不信任。结论分级诊疗模式的知晓率、认可度仍然较低,今后应加强宣传力度以及基层医疗机构软硬件的建设。

Objective To investigate the awareness level and cognition of hierarchical diagnosis model for outpatients,and analyze its associated factors.Methods The survey object was 200 outpatients from a Third-Grade class Hospital in Hebei.The descriptive statistics and chi-square test were used for analysis.Software was SPSS 19.0.Results 65.1%of 186 outpatients knew hierarchical diagnosis model.The main way of the awareness newspapers,television,and internet are the main way of the awareness.The frequency of community propaganda is associated factors of the awareness rate(P<0.05).The main reasons why patients do not recognize primary medical institution are the low level of medical treatment,the small number of drug types and the distrust of doctors.Conclusion The awareness level of hierarchical diagnosis model is low,in the future,the propaganda and the construction of software and hardware for primary medical institution should be strengthed.
