基于“互联网+”的家庭医生契约式服务模式综合干预对社区中老年人骨质疏松症的影响

Influence of comprehensive intervention of "Internet +" family doctor contract service mode on osteoporosis in the elderly people in community

目的探讨与分析基于“互联网+”的家庭医生契约式管理模式管理社区骨质疏松症患者的应用。方法结合社区老年人免费体检任务,随机选取本中心2016年4月至2018年4月期间的180例确诊为低骨量、骨质疏松症的对象;根据确诊顺序分组并进行数字编号,观察组90例奇数应用“互联网+”的家庭医生契约式管理模式,对照组90例偶数应用传统家庭医生责任制管理模式。观察两组管理前后的骨密度变化、骨质疏松知晓率以及管理后骨折发生率等。结果管理后观察组骨密度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后观察组骨质疏松症知晓率优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+”的家庭医生契约式管理模式能有效提高骨质疏松症防治知识知晓率,改善患者症状,提高生活质量,值得在社区推广使用,早起防治老年人骨质疏松症。

Objective To analyze the application value of the contract management model of family doctor based on Internet+to manage community osteoporosis patients.Methods Combining the medical examination tasks of the elderly,180 patients diagnosed with low bone mass and osteoporosis were randomly selected for the period from April 2016 to April 2018.According to the diagnosis order,they were grouped and numbered.In the observation group,90 cases applied the Internet+family doctor contractual management model,and in the control group 90 cases applied the traditional family doctor responsibility management model.The changes of bone density before and after management,the rate of osteoporosis awareness and the incidence of post-management fractures were observed.Results The bone density after management in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The known rate of osteoporosis after management in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The Internet+family doctor contract management model can effectively increase osteoporosis awareness and increase bone density in the elderly.It is worth popularizing in the community to prevent and control osteoporosis in the elderly.
