摘要
在创新型城市建设中,应形成以创新主体、创新制度、创新资源以及创新文化为核心的支撑系统,通过整合创新要素,增进政产学研平台的合作,达到融制度创新、产业创新、知识创新、技术创新于一体的协同创新效果,以此来推动创新型城市建设。雄安新区建设国际一流创新型城市,应从以下几个方面着手:集聚全球创新资源;创新制度,更好地发挥政府作用;激发创新主体创新活力;培育创新文化;创建国际一流的政产学研合作平台,整合创新要素;加强有效制度供给,推进京津雄协同创新。
In the construction of innovation-oriented city,a supporting system should be formed with innovation subject,innovation system,innovation resources and innovation culture as the cores. By integrating innovation elements,the cooperation between government,industry,university and research platform should be enhanced to achieve the collaborative innovation effect of integrating four into one,so as to promote the construction of innovation-oriented city.XiongAn new area should focus on the following aspects to build an international first-class innovative city: gathering global innovation resources;innovating system to play the role of the government;stimulating the innovation vitality of the innovation subject;fostering a culture of innovation;creating a world-class platform for cooperation,and integrating the elements of innovation;strengthening effective institutional supply and promoting collaborative innovation in the Beijing-Tianjin-XiongAn region.
