摘要
上海市2016年1月出台政策,要求燃煤锅炉采取措施消除烟囱有色烟羽现象。天津、浙江、河北等地方政府也相继出台相关政策。介绍了燃煤电厂湿烟羽综合治理前期的主要工作,并对其中的要点及注意事项进行分析探讨,以避免湿烟羽治理工程中出现以往环保工程中产生过的弊端,保证技改工程的科学性、先进性。
The policy issued by Shanghai in January 2016 required that, coal-fired boilers should take measures to eliminate the colored plume from the chimney outlet. Local governments such as Tianjin, Zhejiang, and Hebei have also introduced relevant policies. This paper introduces the earlier stage main works for comprehensive management of wet plume in coal-fired power plants. The main points and precautions in the wet plume treatment project were analyzed and discussed in order to overcome shortcomings which generated in the past environmental protection projects, and ensure that the technical transformation project is scientific and advanced.
