关中地区燃气锅炉低氮改造技术及工程实践 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,陕西关中地区大气污染形势严峻,其NOx是造成污染的主要因素之一,为了有效防治NOx,减少环境污染,政府要求企业进行燃气锅炉低氮改造工作。介绍了关中地区的燃气锅炉NOx治理相关政策,分析了燃气锅炉NOx的生成机理以及烟气内循环技术、烟气再循环技术、贫煤预混技术(又称表面燃烧)、水冷预混技术等,着重介绍了西安大唐英蓉园燃气锅炉低氮改造工程实例。经过低氮燃烧器改造,燃气锅炉NOx排放量低于30mg/m^3。 In recent years, the atmospheric pollution situation in the Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province is severe, nitrogen oxides are one of the major factors causing pollution. In order to effectively prevent and control nitrogen oxides and reduce environmental pollution, the government requires companies to carry out low-nitrogen gas-fired boiler renovation work. It introduces the relevant policies for the treatment of nitrogen oxides in gas boilers in Guanzhong area, analyzes the generation mechanism and main control techniques of nitrogen oxides in gas boilers, which including flue gas internal circulation technology,flue gas recyling technology,Lean-burning premixing technology (also lznown as surface burning), water-cooled premixing technology.It highlights Datang Furong Gardon gas boiler low nitrogen combustion technology transformation project in Xian. After the transformation, the nitrogen oxide emission of the gas boiler is less than 30 mg/m^3.
