摘要
石灰石-石膏湿法双塔串联系统在我国超低排放改造进程中是较为常见的技术路线,该技术具有较强的技术特点,两座吸收塔均设置除雾器,需协调进行除雾器冲洗,运行控制不当时会频繁出现除雾器结垢堵塞以及塌陷问题。通过分析,对于双塔串联脱硫系统,水平衡不佳、浆液参数不合理、除雾器布置不合理、公用系统容量不足均会导致除雾器结垢堵塞。
The limestone-gypsum wet double tower series system is a common technical route in China's ultra-low emission reform process. This technology has obvious technical characteristics. Both towers are equipped with mist eliminator, which needs coordinated wash. Fouling and blocking problems occured frequently when operation control is not proper. Through the analysis, for the double tower series desulfurization system, the poor water balance, the unreasonable slurry parameters, the unreasonable placement, and insufficient capacity of the common system all will lead to blocking of the mist eliminator.
