城市生活垃圾热解炭化特性与焦炭FTIR表征研究

摘要 对城市生活垃圾(MSW)中6种有机组分进行热解炭化和焦炭FTIR表征研究。热解炭化试验结果表明:MSW不同有机组分热解焦炭产率各不相同,焦炭产率由高到低依次为纸张﹥餐余﹥木屑﹥橡胶﹥织物﹥塑料;慢速升温时热解焦炭产率普遍高于快速升温过程。热解焦炭的FTIR表征表明:MSW有机组分经热解炭化后,羟基(OH)、羰基(C=O)等官能团含量减少,烯属烃及芳香类C=C键含量增加;升温速率越慢,芳香类C=C键含量越高,芳香化程度越高。 Pyrolysis carbonization and pyrolytic char FTIR (fourier transform infrared spectroscopy) characterization were conducted for 6 organic components in municipal solid waste (MSW). The experimental results of pyrolysis carbonization indicated that different organic components possessed different char yields in sequence of paper>food waste>sawdust>rubber>fabric>plastic. Moreover, the char yield of slowly heating rate process was generally higher than that in fast process. The FTIR characterization results of pyrolytic char suggested that, compared with the raw materials, the concentration of hydroxyl and carbonyl functional groups decreased, while the content of olefinic and aromatic C=C bonds increased. Furthermore, the lower the heating rate, the higher the content of aromatic C=C bond and aromatic degree.
