摘要
为了能够提高现代化轨道交通数据收集系统的处理能力及灵活性,本文实现基于LabVIEW的轨道交通数据采集系统的设计。在设计过程中,使用NI公司嵌入式平台创建系统,利用图形化设计平台LabVIEW实现软件开发,设计具备信号处理分析及数据收集监控的轨道交通数据收集系统。此系统能够收集轨道交通车辆运行过程中主要部位的压力、电流、电压、振动、温度等物理量数据收集及监控,并且创建数据库,方便数据存储查询及信号分析处理。通过测试结果表示,此系统能够精准实时的掌握车辆的运行情况。
In order to improve the processing ability and flexibility of the modern rail transit data collection system,this paper realizes the design of the rail transit data collection system based on LabVIEW. In the design process,NI company's embedded platform is used to create the system,and the graphical design platform LabVIEW is used to realize software development. A rail transit data collection system with signal processing analysis and data collection and monitoring is designed. This system can collect and monitor the pressure,current,voltage,vibration,temperature and other physical quantities of the main parts of the rail transit vehicles during operation,and create a database to facilitate data storage,query and signal analysis and processing. The test results show that the system can accurately and timely grasp the operation of vehicles.
