摘要
用电设备的随机投切电网,使得负荷不平衡现象频发,导致电网谐波污染、电能质量下降。基于无功补偿方式,采用模块化设计研制了智能型三相负荷不平衡调整装置,其中硬件设计包括AD采样电路、保护模块、触发模块、通讯模块;软件设计包括AD采样模块、投切模块、投切振荡判断模块、晶闸管触发模块、无功补偿控制模块。选取辽源市郊区变压器台区作为试点,对智能三相负荷不平衡调整装置进行了运行测试,结果表明:该智能装置能够有效保证电能质量,符合设计要求,未出现欠补偿和过补偿现象,具有无投切振荡、无功补偿效果良好、反应迅速、灵敏等优点。
The random switching of the power grid to the power grid causes the load imbalance to occur frequently,resulting in harmonic pollution and power quality degradation of the power grid. Based on the reactive power compensation method,the intelligent three-phase load unbalance adjustment device is developed by modular design. The hardware design includes AD sampling circuit,protection module, trigger module and communication module. The software design includes AD sampling module and switching module. The switching oscillation judgment module,the thyristor trigger module and the reactive power compensation control module are given. The transformer substation in the suburbs of Liaoyuan was selected as a pilot to test the intelligent three-phase load unbalance adjustment device. The results show that the intelligent device can effectively guarantee the power quality,meet the design requirements,and there is no under-compensation and over-compensation. It has the advantages of no switching oscillation,good reactive power compensation,quick response and sensitivity.
