新形势下河南粮食主产区绿色农业的发展路径与对策研究

Research on Development Path and Countermeasures of Green Agriculture in Main Grain Production Areas of Henan Province under New Situation

十九大提出的绿色发展理念为河南粮食主产区今后的发展指明了方向。文章针对河南粮食主产区发展绿色农业的优势和存在问题,探索其发展绿色农业的途径和对策,即通过农户、市场和政府3个层次,把农户、企业、销售商、消费者有机地联系在一起,实行产、供、销一条龙,实现河南由农业大省向农业强省的转变。

In recent years,with the continuous development of national economy and society,comprehensive transformation and upgrading is an urgent requirement for the new era. The concept of green development proposed by the 19th National Congress points out the direction for the future development of Henan's main grain production areas. In view of the advantages and existing problems in developing green agriculture in the main grain-producing areas of Henan Province,this paper explores the ways and measures to develop green agriculture,that is,link farmers,enterprises,sellers and consumers organically through the three levels of farmers,markets and governments. The implementation of production,supply,and marketing will achieve the transformation of Henan from a major agricultural province to a strong agricultural province.
