摘要
文章探索了地方高校食品质量与安全专业应用型人才培养的实施策略,主要是构建了“1+3+3”的培养模式,明确了该专业毕业生的3个就业路径,构建了以专业方向、职业能力教育训练为主体的专业课程体系和4级递进式实践教学体系,开展了“对分课堂”的教学改革,提出了相应的人才培养质量保障措施和师资队伍建设做法。
This paper explores the local university applied talents cultivation of food quality and safety of the implementation of the strategy,mainly constructs the "1 + 3 + 3" training mode,the three of the graduates employment paths,built to professional direction,professional ability training as the mainbody of the professional course system and education level 4 progressive practical teaching system,carried out "Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion" classroom teaching reform,puts forward the corresponding talent training quality guarantee measures and construction of teachers team.
