摘要
本研究分别采用0.001g·L^-1、0.1g·L^-1、0.2g·L^-1的赤霉素,1%、3%、5%的硝酸钾和1%、3%、10%的葡萄糖对浓硫酸处理过的种子和去皮的种子进行浸泡处理,通过标准发芽试验,探索促进印度落芒草种子萌发的适宜方法。结果表明:1)种子去皮后方可萌发;2)去皮后的印度落芒草种子,用赤霉素(0.2g·L^-1)和葡萄糖(10%)浸泡处理后,可明显提高发芽率。
In this study,0.001 g ·L^-1,0.1 g ·L^-1,0.2 g ·L^-1 gibberellin,1%,3%,5% KNO 3 and 1%,3%,10% glucose were used to soak concentrated sulfuric acid treated seeds and peeled seeds,respectively.Through standard germination test,the suitable method to promote the seed germination of Oryzopsis hymenoides was explored.The results showed that:1) seeds germinate after peeling.2) the germination rate of Oryzopsis hymenoides seeds after peeling was significantly increased by soaking the seeds with gibberellin (0.2 g ·L^-1 ) and glucose (10%).
