湖南省休闲农业资源集聚发展现状与对策

Agglomeration Development of Leisure Agricultural Resources in Hunan:The Present Situation and Countermeasures

利用文献分析法、GIS空间分析和归纳法,对湖南省休闲农庄集聚发展模式、五星级农庄空间集聚特征和湖南休闲农业产业集聚现状进行综合分析。农庄按照组织模式和规模大小可分为农家乐、休闲农庄、休闲农业示范园、连片开发、农业产业园区5类不同发展模式。省级五星级农庄在空间上,初步形成长株潭城市、衡山景区、南岭丘岗山地、湘中盆地、西洞庭、张家界景区与怀化西部山区等6个集聚群。依据区域资源优势和特点已初步形成4个休闲集聚农业特色区域。但仍存在整体布局和规划不完善、资源要素集聚不够以及产业内外融合不够等问题,建议按照“一心一区三带”优化整体布局,通过政府引导培育区域优势特色产业,加强资源要素集聚,以点带线促面,推进休闲农业与乡村旅游产业发展集聚化发展。

Through literature review, GIS spatial analysis and induction, we analyzed leisure farm agglomeration development model, five-star farm space agglomeration characteristics and leisure agricultural industry cluster status in Hunan. The results show that leisure farms could be divided into 5 kinds of development models, namely, farm guesthouse, leisure farm, leisure agriculture demonstration garden, grouped development and agricultural industrial park. The five-star farm in Hunan has initially formed in space into 6 cluster groups, such as Changsha-Zhuzhou- Xiangtan City, Heng Mountain scenic area, Nanling hillock and mountainous region, Hunan middle basin, western Dongting lake, Zhangjiajie scenic area and the western mountainous region of Huaihua. The leisure agriculture has preliminarily formed 4 characteristic areas based on the advantages and characteristics of regional resources. However, there are still some problems, such as incomplete layout and planning, insufficient resource elements’concentration and insufficient industrial integration. It is suggested that the overall layout should be optimized in accordance with the“a center, a region, and three bands”, With the government guidance, the leisure agriculture and rural tourism industry should be developed by cultivating regional advanced characteristic industries, strengthening the agglomeration of resource elements, and setting demonstrations for the overall development.
