优质护理模式在小儿糖尿病神经病变护理中的实施效果

The Effect of High-quality Nursing Model in the Nursing of Diabetic Neuropathy in Children

目的研究优质护理模式在小儿糖尿病神经病变护理中的应用效果及价值。方法选取我科在2015年8月至2018年8月期间收治的58例糖尿病神经病变患儿,采用随机数字表法分为实验组29例与参照组29例,对实验组患儿施以优质护理模式,对参照组患儿施以常规护理模式。结果实验组患儿的护理总有效率为96.55%,高于参照组的79.31%;实验组患儿的住院时间短于参照组;家长满意度评分对比参照组也更高;组间比较P<0.05。结论在小儿糖尿病神经病变的临床护理中开展优质护理模式,对提高护理效果、缩短住院时间具有积极帮助,也会提升患儿家长对护理服务的满意度,故该护理模式具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the effect and value of high-quality nursing model in the nursing of diabetic neuropathy in children.Methods 58 cases of diabetic neuropathy in our department from August 2015 to August 2018 were selected and divided into experimental group(n=29)and control group(n=29) by random number table method.High quality nursing mode was applied to the experimental group and routine nursing mode was applied to the reference group.Results The total effective rate of nursing care in the experimental group was 96.55%,higher than 79.31%in the reference group;the length of hospitalization in the experimental group was shorter than that in the reference group;the score of parents'satisfaction was higher than that in the control group;the comparison between the two groups was P<0.05.Conclusion Developing high quality nursing mode in clinical nursing of children with diabetic neuropathy can improve nursing effect and shorten hospitalization time,and also improve parents'satisfaction with nursing service.Therefore,this nursing mode has high clinical application value.
