摘要 基于氢安全考虑,研制出了一种遇氢可变色的氢敏检测胶带材料,其主要组分为复合硅材料基体和氢敏活性成分,通过对甲基乙烯基硅树脂和甲基MQ硅树脂进行复配形成硅胶基体,对氧化钼和钯金催化剂进行复配形成氢敏活性成分。研究表明:复合硅胶基体、增强增白填料中的各组分比例对硅胶基体的力学性能影响较大,氧化钼和钯金催化剂的添加量和比例可直接影响材料的变色时间,当氧化钼为3份、钯金催化剂为1份时,复合硅胶材料的氢敏性能最优。研制出的氢敏胶体具有较好的力学性能,遇氢可变色,由于硅胶具有自粘性,在使用时缠绕在监测点附近,即可检测是否有氢气的存在,可为用氢安全提供保障。 Based on the consideration of hydrogen safety,a hydrogen-sensing detection tape material with hydrogen discoloration was developed.Its main components are composite silicon material matrix and hydrogen-sensitive active component.The methyl methyl vinyl silica gel and the methyl MQ silicone resin were compounded to form a silica gel matrix and the molybdenum oxide and palladium gold catalysts were compounded to form a hydrogen-sensitive active component.The results show that the ratio of each component in the composite silica matrix and the enhanced whitening filler has a great influence on the mechanical properties of the silica matrix.The addition amount and proportion of the molybdenum oxide and palladium catalyst can directly affect the discoloration time of the material.When the amount is 3 phr and the palladium catalyst is 1 phr,the hydrogen absorbing property of the composite silica gel material is optimal.The hydrogen-sensitive colloid developed has good mechanical properties and can be discolored in case of hydrogen.Since the silica gel has self-adhesiveness,it can be detected in the vicinity of the monitoring point during use to detect the presence of hydrogen which can provide safety for hydrogen safety.
