供给侧改革背景下高职专业建设研究

Research on Specialty Construction of Higher Vocational Education under the Background of Supply-side Reform

专业建设是高等职业教育发展的核心。当前高职院校专业建设方面存在专业结构不合理、专业内涵建设有待加强、专业设置与区域经济社会发展不匹配等问题。基于供给侧改革的理念,高职专业建设应从专业供给端的有效性、综合性、高水平性入手,实施基于市场需求的、突出质量要求的的专业改革,推动基于供给侧改革的专业建设。通过优化专业结构,整合资源,秉承共享理念,实行校企合作,大力推进专业建设,提高专业建设内涵。

Professional construction is the core of the development of Higher Vocational education. At present, there are some problems in the specialty construction of Higher Vocational colleges, such as the irrational structure of specialty, the need to strengthen the construction of specialty connotation, and the mismatch between specialty setting and regional economic and social development. Based on the concept of supply-side reform, higher vocational specialty construction should start with the effectiveness, comprehensiveness and high level of specialty supply-side, implement specialty reform based on market demand and highlight quality requirements, and promote specialty construction based on supply-side reform. Through optimizing the professional structure, integrating resources, adhering to the concept of sharing, implementing school-enterprise cooperation, vigorously promoting professional construction and improving the connotation of professional construction.
